Kat Mitchell
Board Member
Kat is a NLP Master Transformation coach, certified Hypnotherapist, Meditation teacher and Reiki practitioner dedicated to helping professional women in midlife break free from overwhelm, self-doubt and people-pleasing.
Specializing in unconscious mind work and emotional release through quantum time-line techniques, she empowers her clients to release past patterns, transform negative thoughts and emotions, and gain clarity when they learn their unmet needs and suppressed identities. They transform their inner world.

Karen Robinson
Board Member
Karen is a best-selling author, therapist, and transformational coach with over 25 years of experience helping women heal and thrive.
As the founder of Heal Thrive Dream, she empowers women to rise above trauma and create lives they love. Her retreats are a safe space for healing, growth, and transformation.

Dominika Thompson
Board Member
Sales and Marketing Alignment Consultant and co-owner of Raise Your Media, where she helps entrepreneurs turn visibility into real revenue through strategic, done-for-you marketing, and show up on camera with clarity, confidence, and authority that converts.
She is passionate about empowering women, especially in underserved communities, with the tools, messaging, and presence needed to build sustainable businesses and create lasting impact.

Judy Musa
Board Member
With a lifelong commitment to volunteering and fundraising, Judy began organizing campaigns at an early age and later built a career supporting community-driven initiatives. Through her work with the Fort Vancouver Regional Library Foundation, she has partnered with local groups, businesses, and donors to expand access to programs, events, and resources that strengthen communities.
As a board member of the Sangha Collaborative Foundation, Judy brings her deep dedication to education, connection, and community support—helping create opportunities that empower individuals and families to grow and thrive.
